How My Car Now Runs On More Water Than Gas

My car has since been running on more water than gas saving me lots of gas mileage after Vincent built a hydrogen generator in my engine to enable it run on more water than gas.

Nevertheless I became interested when it became clear to me that Vin's car war actually not consuming fuel as it should considering that we covered more than 200 kilometers as he tried to show me that he was not joking.
